Your real options are the public network, including the ChargePlace Scotland points around the area, and the separate government cross-pavement scheme, which is worth exploring if you are set on charging near home. The Units
The Ohme Home Pro pairs well with a cheap overnight tariff, the Hypervolt Home 3 Pro is a tidy tethered unit, and the myenergi Zappi can charge from surplus solar if you add panels later. Solar-ready is a bonus, not a must.
